IPE System automates all steps required for  Income and Property Executions from the time the execution is received at the Marshal's office. The system acknowledges the receipt of the account to the attorney after it assigns a unique docket number to the case. It calculates the appropriate statutory fees, expenses, interest and poundage. All required forms for 1st, 2nd and 3rd stage employer services, filing fee checks and direct payment plans with the debtor are supported. For property executions the system automates the generation of property levy forms, bank executions, notices of executions and all required follow up notices. Funds received when posted are allocated automatically. After calculating and deducting the appropriate Marshal fees and expenses the system remits the funds to the referring attorney. Daily Receipts and Disbursement Journals for the Marshal's trust account are electronically tracked along with all required DOI end of year reports.  

L&T System manages the petitions and printing of the required warrant forms, 7 day notices and service logs to be completed by the process servers. All associated fees and expenses are calculated and billing to the attorneys and landlords is automated. Invoices can be sent using hard copy or electronically via email. Statistical and end of year reports required by the Department are produced by the system.

Utility System supports all processes associated with Utility Company Meter removal for Con Edison, BUG and others. After entering the case and assigning a docket number the system generates all appropriate notices to the debtor and landlord. All charges for sending the notices, mileage and the removal of the meter are tracked and invoices for statutory fees and expenses to the utility companies are automatically generated.  

PVB System automates all activities for Marshals who participate in the NYC Parking Violations Bureau Street Seizure program or perform work as an Associate Marshal. We have integrated our solution with Paylock so cars booted, redeemed or towed in the Paylock system will automatically update in the Intellitech database without manual labor required. PVB System automates the DMV vehicle owner and lienholder inquiry, sends official notifications to the registered owners, title holders and lien holders. It supports the scheduling of the auction. Vehicles sold and monies collected are automatically allocated and all disbursements including checks to Paylock, PVB and the Marshal are handled together with the required reporting.
